Which kinds of rentals can you find?

HouseHunt supports entire homes, private rooms and shared rooms. Available listings depend on what owners, agents, flatmates and authorized sources have submitted. The site does not promise inventory in every sector.

Start with the Gurugram search page and narrow by neighborhood, budget or other available filters. Read the rent basis and listing description before comparing results.

Who publishes listings?

Owners, agents and current flatmates can post listings. Some listings are imported from authorized source posts. The poster’s supplied role and source details help you understand who you will contact; an unspecified role should not be read as owner-direct.

Review before publication is not a guarantee of a property’s condition, the poster’s identity or current availability. Confirm the important details with the poster before arranging a visit.

Does HouseHunt charge renters or collect deposits?

During the pilot, HouseHunt does not charge tenants to search or contact a poster, and it does not collect rent or deposits on a poster’s behalf. A poster may separately quote brokerage or other charges; check the individual listing and confirm the terms.

What if you do not find a suitable listing?

The “Tell us what you need” option lets a signed-in renter send a private housing request. Share your budget, preferred neighborhoods and other needs so the team can review them and suggest suitable listings when available. Submitting a request does not guarantee a match.

Can owners and flatmates post a property?

Use “Post a property” after signing in. Supply the facts you know, attach authorized photos or a walkthrough, and submit the draft for review. Keep availability and contact details current. Do not supply guessed costs or media you do not have permission to reuse.
